The bureau vesnaskoro was founded by Tanya Nemirovskaya.

Over the last ten years, Tanya has succeeded in developing communications for two international biennales. Moreover, she has managed a large project that transformed the life of an entire city, Vyksa, which now has its own brand. Tanya was the PR director behind Khudozhestvenny Cinema, marka company, and the National Center for Contemporary Art (NCCA), promoting over fifty exhibitions, theater, and music projects.
